5:00 PM – Doors Open & Welcome Reception
Check in, grab a drink, and connect with fellow filmmakers and guests during our casual kickoff gathering.

5:45 PM – Opening Remarks
Festival organizers and special guests introduce the evening and share the vision behind Hoboken Docs.

6:00 PM – Finalist Film Screenings
Watch the 3 finalist short documentaries (15 min each), selected for their bold storytelling and powerful perspective.

7:00 PM – Filmmaker Q&A
Hear directly from the finalists in a moderated conversation about their films, process, and inspiration.

7:45 PM – Awards Ceremony
Winners announced and prizes awarded:
• 1st Place – $3,500
• 2nd Place – $1,500
• 3rd Place – $500 B&H Photo Gift Card

8:15 PM – Afterparty
Celebrate with drinks, music, and waterfront views. A chance to toast the winners and connect with the Hoboken Docs community.

10:00 PM – Event Ends
